*THERE IS A PROCESSING FEE APPLIED TO ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS. 

*My goal is to have each client in the chair at their scheduled time or at least within 15 minutes of that time.

A grace period of 15 minutes is given with a $10 late fee added after 10 minutes.

*To ensure that I stay on track with the days schedule, After 15 minutes appt has to be cancelled and deposit (IF ONE IS MADE) is forfeited.

*I understand things come up unexpectedly. If you find that you won't be able to make your scheduled appt please go into your appt conformation email or app to reschedule for a better day/time.

Not rescheduling in the 24 hour time frame results in forfeit of deposit.

Day of reschedules are considered a cancelation and need to be rebooked online

*After Hours: For appointments needed outside of my normal business hours please call or text me to schedule. If I am available to service you an after hour fee of $45 will be added.

*HAIR DROP OFFS ARE TO BE MADE NO LATER THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. SUNDAYS ARE EXCLUDED, I DONT WORK AT ALL ON THIS DAY.
